Facebook is planning new mobile applications. The company is adjusting the design of some core components on Facebook to help users easily connect and navigate applications. Although in design, these changes are nothing significant but in fact, it will change the appearance of Facebook.
Another big difference in Facebook is the icons. Currently, Facebook has icons called "line icons" - very similar to icons on Twitter. New icons for Like, Comment and Share buttons will be slightly larger, making them easier to manipulate. Facebook is also updating its navigation by replacing the classic blue bars on apps with the traditional back icon and providing more screen space for designers.
However, the most important change on Facebook is the new interface for conversations. Facebook said it will increase the color contrast in conversation design to help increase the readability of users.
Besides, Facebook also replaces the avatar frame from square to circle. Microsoft said that people connected together form a circle, not a square.
These new changes are quite important to Facebook, although they are not big changes, but they also contribute to Facebook's new look. It will definitely appeal to users.
