For those who use Facebook on a computer, it is sure to know how to create a frame for avatars. On Facebook provides Frame Studio tool, support users to create frames for avatars or can use in effects when taking photos on Facebook. After you create a frame and send a request to Facebook, we will be browsing that frame to appear in the list of frames on Facebook. How to create frames, effects on Facebook
Step 1:
First, click on the link below to open the Frame Studio tool to create frames and effects on Facebook.

Step 2:
At the home page interface, click the Create frame button to proceed with frame creation.
Step 3:
Switch to the new interface, press Start to use the tool.
Step 4:
Appeared Create frame interface. Here, users click on the Upload image to select the image to create frames and effects. The image here will be in PNG format. You can search on the web or create PNG images yourself with photo editing tools like Photoshop, ...
Uploaded image will appear in the frame as shown below.
Next will be the Format Preview interface, when images appear in different screen formats.
Step 5:
Images can be enlarged or reduced by using 4 circular buttons at the 4 corners of the image. We can change the position of the image if desired.
Then click Next below to move to the next step.
Step 6:
In this interface, users will fill in detailed information for the avatar frame, or the self-created photographic effect, including: Name for the effect, choose the effect owner (can do personal Facebook or You manage fanpgae), Schedule using effects, Keywords for created frames.
Then press the Next button below to save the information entered for the frame.
Step 7:
Facebook will send a notification to the user of all information, details will not be changed after the effect has been submitted for review. Click OK to close the notification dialog.
When you receive the message Sent effect as shown below, the avatar frame you created has been sent to Facebook. The review may take place within a few hours, or a few days. Click the Done button at the bottom to close the interface.
Step 8:
When the frame is passed, we will get the message as shown below. Thus the frame for avatar and the effect for your own Facebook photo snapshot can be used.
Step 9:
To use that new frame for Facebook avatar, users access the link below.
You will see the frames you created appear at the top of the list. Click on it and will see the frame applied immediately for the avatar so you can set it up for Facebook.

As I said, this creation will apply to both the avatar frame and the photographic effect on Facebook. When logging into your account on the Facebook application, click on the approved notification. After that, the effect will appear in the Facebook capture interface as below.
Step 10:
