On Facebook, there is a feature with all the information on the page, including posts that have comments, but only for personal accounts. If you want to control the number of comments with the post, you can use the Socialfy service.
This service will extract all comments of a post on Facebook in public mode into Excel file. The timing of each comment will also be visible. Note to readers, due to policies from Facebook, this service will extract public posts on Fanpage that you have administrative rights. Socialfy cannot extract comments from personal Facebook posts or that user is participating.
Guide to comment on Facebook
Step 1:
Users access the link below to visit Socialfy's homepage.
Step 2:
Click Continue with Facebook below.
You need to agree to the service to receive personal Facebook account information, click Continue under the name ....
Step 3:
Next, Socialfy will check all the Fanpage you are managing. You can click Select content you allow to select the information Socialfy is allowed to access. Click OK below.
Step 4:
Go back to the page interface and go to the Facebook Export Comments section, we click on Get Started.
Step 5:
Switch to the new page interface, enter the URL of the Fanpage post to control the comment amount and click Submit.
The comment list results will show below with a specific time, commenter name, likes and comments for that comment. Click the Export button above to extract content to Excel file.
The file for posting comments will be downloaded to the computer with the csv file. You use the office editor to open the file.
So Socialfy service will control comments on public posts on Facebook Fanpage. In case the user organizes certain events on the page under management, Socialfy can be used to view the total number of comments.
